How do you ship and how often?
We usually ship via USPS and utilize 1st class and Priority Mail. I think you find us to very, very reasonable on shipping charges. Canada can add just $1.00 to the stated shipping charges and items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (weight permitting).
